ICAN Academy

Academy Director, Maritza Heredia

I was driven by my passion for supporting aspiring BCBAs on their professional journey. I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and complexities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, and understand the importance of strong guidance and structured supervision. I am committed to providing meaningful support, mentorship, and a solid foundation so that each candidate can grow into an exceptional BCBA, equipped to make a positive impact on the lives of many. For me, the Academy is more than just a training program, it is a mission to ensure that future BCBAs receive the tools, confidence, and encouragement they need to thrive in a demanding, yet incredibly rewarding field.
