The Assessment Experience
Our Administration team will work with you to determine your insurance eligibility and schedule for your assessment and onboarding to begin.
Our Assessment team, led by Juan Rafael our Assessment Director and Ariana Cazares our Assistant Assessment Director, will meet with you and prepare a behavior plan individualized to your child and their needs.

Step 1: A Welcome Call
An introduction video call with Dr. Torabian for our English speaking clients. An introduction video call with Eduardo, for our Spanish speaking clients.
Step 2: A Parent Meeting
A personal meeting with our assessment team to discuss the desired goals and barriers to progress. An action plan will be made with your direct involvement.
Step 3: A Behavior Assessment
The assessment team will observe and interact with your child to see what skills and competencies they already have.
